Pension Rules
- Who can apply: residents of Purvanchal who are 60 years of age
or above on the date they apply.
- One application per person.
- Decision within 15 days: under the Right to Public Services (RTPS)
Act, if the department does not decide within 15 days, the application
stands approved (deemed approval) and is shown as approved to the citizen.
- Application window: closes at midnight India Standard Time at the end of
31 October 2026.
- Documents: age proof (birth certificate, school leaving certificate or
Voter ID) as a JPG or PDF file of at most 5 MB.
